Rotisserie Chicken Broccoli Casserole

💕what you need:

•1 rotisserie chicken - shredded (I use white meat only about 2.5 cups)

•3 cups of COOKED chopped broccoli (a steamer bag of broccoli would be great here!)

•2 cans of cream of chicken soup

•1/2 cup of Greek yogurt

•2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

•2 sleeves of ritz crackers (crushed) *makes a ton of topping if you’d like to half this you could easily!*

•4 tbsp of butter melted (if only using one sleeve of crackers, use on 2 tbsp of butter!)

•salt, pepper, seasonings of choice (I use onion & garlic powder)

•base of choice, I used 12 cousins bone broth rice!

‼️what to do:

•preheat oven to 375 F

•combine your shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cream of chicken, cheddar cheese, and Greek yogurt. Stir until well combined. Put into a casserole dish

•in a zip lock bag crush up your crackers and add your melted butter and shake well to combine

•put your topping on your chicken broccoli mixture

•bake in oven for 30-35 until golden brown! And bubbling all over!
