Triple Protein Pasta

Servings: 4-6

Time: 24 minutes

‼️what you need:

•1 (16oz) box of protein pasta of choice. We used barilla and it’s SO yum

•1 lb ground beef (or ground meat of choice)

•1.5 cups of sharp cheddar cheese shredded

•1/2 cup of Greek yogurt

•3 tbsp of butter

•1/4 cup of soy sauce (or coconut aminos)

•2 tbsp of tomato paste

•1 tbsp of mustard

•salt & pepper to taste

💕what you do:

•get your pasta water boiling & cook pasta to package directions

•brown your beef (and drain additional grease)

•add salt, pepper, tomato paste, mustard & soy & stir well, put to the side

•once your pasta is cooked, add cheddar cheese, butter & greek yogurt & stir until well combined

•serve together!
