Greek Yogurt (or Cottage Cheese) Everything Bagels
Roasted Garlic Balsamic Honey Brussels
1 cup AP flour
1 cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
Optional: 1 tsp garlic & onion powder
Avocado oil
Everything bagel seasoning
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together until a dough ball has formed (will take about 1-2 minutes to kneed the dough until it’s formed). Cut the dough ball into four sections. Each section is bagel - form each section into a ball and then using your finger poke a hole in the middle and place on baking sheet with parchment paper. Once all four bagels have been formed - spray with avocado oil and top with your everything bagel seasoning. Place in oven for 25-28 minutes & then broil for 2-3 minutes until nice and brown!
