Air Fryer Crab Wantons

Roasted Garlic Balsamic Honey Brussels

Crab wontons

Recipe below for these EASY & quick crab wontons- BUT please note that imitation crab meat DOES have eggs - so if you have an egg allergy please please use fresh! Apparently, they add egg protein into the imitation to add protein?! Did you know this?!

🦀🥟what you need:

•1/3 cup Greek yogurt

•1/3 cup cream cheese - room temp or microwave in small spurts until soft (I microwaved for 15 seconds and it was perfect!)

•3/4 cup crab

•3 green onions chopped (do more if you plan to use as a garnish!)

•1 tsp garlic minced

•1 tsp soy

•1 tsp toasted sesame oil

•GO, OP, Salt to your preference

•25-30 wonton wrappers - depends on how full you make them!

🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️what to do:

Get your cream cheese room temp! Then preheat your air fryer to 380. Next, mix everything together to make the filling and set aside. Grab a glass of water & start filling your wonton wrappers! I used 1tsp - 1.5 tsp of filling - Grant liked the more filled ones more - so I recommend stuffing them as much as you can while still being able to seal them! The water really helps create that nice seal - using your fingers dab water all around the edges then fold to your preference.

Place into the air fryer - highly recommend a parchment liner - && spray with your chosen foods avocado oil well!!! This is how you get a great crisp. Air fry for 8 minutes - checking half way through & then dig in!!

I used budget bites sweet chili sauce recipe & it was done in less than 10 minutes && couldn’t recommend more!

For the brussels - chop them in half - place on a cookie sheet & coat with olive oil & 1 tbsp of garlic. Place face down & cook at 415 for 20-25 mins. Once crispy, drizzle honey for 3 seconds & 2 tsp of soy sauce & mix well!
