Roasted Garlic Balsamic Honey Brussels

Gnocchi sheet pan

🍽️ what you need:

•1 - 16oz package of gnocchi - we used whole foods 365 brand & it was SO yummy

•1 pack of your favorite sausage or chicken sausage - our go to is any flavor from Lil Butcher Shoppe

•10-12 cherry tomatoes

•1 broccoli head cut up into pieces

•1 onion - sliced

•1 bell pepper - sliced

•4-6 mushrooms - sliced

•2-4 tbsp of olive oil (depends on your amount of veggies & sausage - start with two and if it looks dry add another tbsp - you want this nicely coated but not dripping!)

•OP, GP, Salt & pepper - your preference

•ricotta & balsamic for garnish (a must if you ask me ☺️)

👏🏻what to do:

Preheat oven to 415 F and get your pan ready with some parchment paper.

Slice up all your veggies & your sausage - add to a large mixing bowl. Then, add your gnocchi, oil & spices - give a big mix until everything is coated nicely.

Place into preheated oven for 27-30 minutes. Once done - served with ricotta (could be parm or mozzarella!) and balsamic (regular or a glaze or even some honey would be great!). Enjoy!!!
