Sheet Pan Lasagna

time: 50 mins

Servings: 8-12

🥰what you need:

•1-1.5 lbs of ground beef

•16 oz box of lasagna noodles - broken into small pieces (cooked to box instructions!)

•25oz jar of marinara

•1 medium onion - diced

•1 tbsp garlic

•1/4 tsp of basil

•1/4 tsp of thyme

•salt & pepper to preference

•*optional* bag of spinach (10 oz) if using

•1/2 cup pasta water

•2 cups mozzarella (1 cup goes in & 1 cup goes on top)

•2 cups Parmesan (1 cup goes in and 1 cup goes on top)

•1/2-1 cup ricotta (dolloped on the top!)

😍what to do:

•preheat oven to 400

•get your pasta water boiling & cook noodles to package instructions - put to side

•dice up your onion & sautee with garlic over medium heat until beginning to be translucent (3-5 mins)

•add your ground beef & brown (drain if lots of fat liquid present

•add your salt, pepper, basil & thyme - stir well

•add your marinara sauce & stir well

•add spinach & stir

•combine your noodles & beef sauce & pasta water & 1 cup of mozzarella & 1 cup of parm - stir extremely well

•get out your sheet pan of choice & pour lasagna onto it! (Do not use parchment paper or it will get gushy!) you can spray the pan with Pam if you would like

•top with remaining mozzarella, parm & then dollop as much ricotta as you want!!

•cook at 400 for 15-20 mins until cheese is nice and brown and crispy!
