Sheet Pan Baked Rigatoni

Time: 59 minutes

Servings: 6-8

‼️what you need:

•1 (16oz) box of rigatoni

•1 (25oz) jar of marinara sauce

•1 lb ground beef

•2 tsp of seasonings of choice - I used salt sisters Tuscan blend

•1 onion - diced

•1 tbsp minced garlic

•1 cup pasta water

•1 (15oz) container of ricotta - divided

•2 cups shredded parm - divided

•2 cups shredded mozzarella - divided

💕what to do:

•preheat oven to 400 F

•make pasta noodles according to box instructions (al dente!)

•over medium high heat sauté onions & garlic for 3 minutes

•add beef & brown

•add seasonings & marinara sauce

•combine cooked pasta, beef sauce, 1 cup of ricotta, 1 cup parm, 1 cup moz, 1 cup of pasta water & stir to combine well

•put on sheet pan & dollop with ricotta & add the rest of your cheese on top

•bake for 25-30 minutes 🥰
