One Pan Soppy Joe Sweet Potato Tot Casserole

😍what you need:

•1 lb ground beef

•1 tbsp of minced garlic

•1 onion - diced

•1 bell pepper - diced

•salt & pepper

•1/2 tsp of garlic powder

•1/2 tsp of onion powder

•2 tbsp of tomato paste

•1 tbsp of honey mustard

•1/4 cup of soy sauce

•1.5 cups of cheddar cheese

•1 bag of sweet potato tots!

💕what to do:

•preheat oven to 400 degrees

•dice up onion & bell pepper

•add oil to hot skillet and add garlic and ground beef - brown beef

•add onion & bell pepper & sautee for 5 minutes

•drain beef & add spices, tomato paste, mustard, and soy sauce

•stir well

•top with cheese

•top of tots

•bake in oven for 25-30 until tots are starting to brown
