Gouda Mac & Cheese (no boil)

Serving: 6-8

❤️ what you need:

•4 cups of milk

•1 (16 oz) box of pasta (shape up to you!)

•4 oz of cream cheese

•1/2 cup heavy cream

•3 cups shredded Gouda cheese divided (2 cups + 1 cup)

•1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup + .5 cup)

•1/2 cup breadcrumbs

•4 tbsp butter (2 tbsp + 2 tbsp)

•1/4 tsp salt

•pepper, to taste

•1/4 tsp (for Mac and cheese) + 1/8 tsp (for breadcrumb topping) of onion powder & garlic powder & paprika

🥰what to do:

•preheat oven to 400 degrees

•in oven safe casserole dish add pasta, milk, salt & 2 tbsp of butter, mix well

•put a lid on the dish and bake in oven for 30 minutes

•after 30 minutes, take dish out of oven and add cream cheese, heavy cream, spices (1/4 tsp of garlic powder, onion powder & paprika) & Gouda (2 cups) & cheddar (1 cup), mix extremely well!

•melt remaining 2 tbsp of butter in a dish and then add bread crumbs and remaining spices. Place to side

•once Mac and cheese has been mixed well & cream cheese has melted, top with remaining cheese and breadcrumb mixture

•put back in oven for 15 minutes until bubbling and golden brown!
