Crock Pot (slow cooker) Chicken Spaghetti
Time: 6 hours & 48 minutes (prep time: under 10 minutes!)
Servings: 6-8
💕what you need:
•1.5 lbs chicken
•1 can rotel, not drained
•2 cans of cream of chicken soup
•1 small onion, diced
•salt, pepper, onion powder & garlic powder
•1/2 cup Greek yogurt
•2 cups shredded cheddar
•1 (16 oz) pack of spaghetti noodles of choice!
😍 what to do:
•in crockpot (on low heat) add raw chicken, rotel with juice, cream or chicken soups, diced onion and spices. Stir to combine well.
•cook on low for 6-7 hours
•shred chicken and add shredded cheese and Greek yogurt, stir well and let cook for an additional 15-20 minutes
•cook your pasta to package instructions, then add to crockpot
•stir until well combined and top with cheese when serving!
