Chicken Pot Pie Pasta
Time: 35 minutes
Servings: 6-8
😍What you need:
•1-1.5 lbs of chicken - cubed
•1 - 16oz box of brami pasta
•1 onion - diced
•1 tbsp garlic minced
•1 - 15oz bag of frozen vegetable medley
•1 can cream of chicken
•1 can of chicken bone broth - lonolife
•1/2 cup of pasta water
•1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
•salt, pepper, onion powder & garlic powder to taste for chicken seasoning
•optional: biscuits to serve with !!
🥰what to do:
•get pasta water boiling & cook to box instructions - put to side once cooked
•dice onion and move to the side
•cube chicken and season - then in a hot skillet add oil & brown chicken until fully cooked!
•remove chicken from skillet and sauté onions for 3 minutes - then add garlic and sauté for one minute
•add frozen veggies & sauté for 3-5 until veggies are warm
•add chicken bone broth and cream of chicken soup and mix & bring to a boil
•add cooked chicken back in and pasta & pasta water - stir until well coated
•add cheese and stir!
•at first this will seem watery but as you continue to stir and when the pasta starts to cool it will turn into a luscious sauce!!
