Red Snapper Sheet Pan with Boursin Cheese Grits
❣️what you need:
🐟for red snapper sheet pan:
•1 lb of red snapper (a little less or a little more isn’t going to mess this up!)
•3 tbsp of butter - room temp (or warmed up in the microwave for 10 second spurts until warm)
•2 tsp combined of seasonings of choice (rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, etc! Whatever you’d like to use)! I used salt sisters mama Mia herb blend!
•4 small/medium squash
•1-2 tsp of oil (depending on your squash - enough to have a good layer but don’t let them swim in oil)
•1 lemon - sliced
•salt & pepper
🌽for Boursin cheese grits:
•3 cups water
•1 cup grits
•1 tsp of salt
•1 block of Boursin cheese
‼️what to do:
•preheat your oven to 400 F
•cut up your squash & season with olive oil, salt and pepper, place on prepared sheet pan.
•make your herb butter by combining spices & warmed butter - mix well.
•using a knife spread butter in an even layer all over your red snapper
•place lemon slices on top of fish & then put fish on sheet pan next to squash.
•place sheet pan in oven for about 25 minutes until fish is internal temp of 145
•next, start working on your grits - prepare to box instructions.
•when grits are cooked at a block of Boursin cheese and stir well!
•serve together and YUM.
