Caesar Salad Smashed Chicken Tacos

💕what you need:

👏🏻for dressing & salad:

•1 bag of salad (or 3 cups of romaine)

•1/2 cup mayo

•1/2 cup Greek yogurt

•1/2 cup of fine shredded parm + 1/4 to go in salad when assembling

•1 lemon - all the juice

•2 tsp of Dijon mustard

•1.5 tsp of garlic minced

•1 tsp of Worcestershire

•salt & pepper to taste taste!

👏🏻for smash chicken tacos

•6 tortillas - we use siete

•1 lb ground chicken

•1/2 cup fine shredded parm

•1 lemon - zest only! The whole lemon zested please!

•salt, pepper, onion powder & garlic powder

‼️what to do:

•make your dressing first combining: mayo, Greek yogurt, parm, lemon juice, salt & pepper, Dijon, & Worcestershire- mix until well combined & stick in the fridge until salad is ready to be prepared!

•now, make your chicken tacos - season ground chicken & divide into six equal patties. Then, using your hands or any utensil, spread each patty onto a tortilla (a nice equal layer)

•on a hot grill, or cast iron, add butter or oil (whichever you prefer) and then place tortilla face down (chicken should be directly on the hot surface)

•let cook for 5-7 minutes and then flip - let cook on tortilla side for 2-3 minutes. Then remove from heat

•construct your salad, I used about 4 tbsp of salad dressing - this is a personally preference! Use as little or as much as your want. Add extra parm & pepper & combine with your lettuce.

•top your tacos with Caesar salad and you’re all ready to eat!
