Roasted Garlic Balsamic Honey Brussels
Peach crisp
approx. 4 servings
🍑what you need:
•6 peaches - sliced - I explain what you’re looking for in the video when it comes to choosing a peach for this!
•1 cup oats - we use @onedegreeorganics
•2 tbsp brown sugar - swap mentioned in video!
•2 tbsp of avocado oil - swap mentioned in video
•1/8-1/4 tsp of cinnamon - if you love it do more!
•salt - to taste
•vanilla ice cream on top - sorry it isn’t optional here!!!
‼️what to do:
•preheat your oven to 375 F and get to peeling & slicing. Once sliced, place peaches in a shallow baking dish (deep dishes just retain more water and you don’t want that - trust me 🫣).
•Make your crisp topping by combining: oats, brown sugar, avocado oil, salt & cinnamon. Mix until well combined then pour on top of peaches & smooth out until it’s an even layer
•pop in the oven for at least 35 minutes - you want it to be bubbling allll over
•serve with ice cream && enjoy!
