Roasted Garlic Balsamic Honey Brussels

Peach puff pastry pizza

👩🏼‍🍳what you need:

•1 puff pastry sheet - thawed (if going from frozen - microwave in a paper towel for 15 seconds)

•3 peaches - peeled & sliced

•1 pack of sausage - cubed & crisped & drained

•1-2 tbsp olive oil - depends on how saucy you want it

•1 tbsp of minced garlic

•2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese (aka whole bag)

•1/4 cup of ricotta

•1/4 -1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan

Optional: basil, hot honey, or a balsamic drizzle would be great!

🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️what to do:

•Preheat your oven to 400 F. Then prep your peaches & cube your sausage (put to the side for a second)

•SO important - now roll out your puff pastry & par bake (aka bake it with nothing on it!) for at least 10 minutes - this makes sure it does not get soggy!

•while your crust is par baking - crisp up that sausage to your preference & drain the excess grease.

•now you’re ready to assemble - grab your puff pastry from the oven & first - olive oil & garlic - spread all over your puff pastry. Next, cheese it UP add at least a cup of shredded mozzarella, top with your sausage & peaches. Then, your ricotta, then more shredded mozzarella & lastly some parm.

•put in the oven for 12-15 minutes (check the bottom of your pizza by lifting slightly - make sure it’s not soggy). Then, broil it for 2-3 minutes until your desired crispiness level.

•top with basil & any drizzles you prefer & enjoy!!!
