Fig & Prosciutto & Mozzarella Roll Ups

Fig and prosciutto roll ups

‼️what you need:

•1 can or 8 raw crescent rolls - we use honey butter & LOVE them

•4-8 pieces of prosciutto(we used one slice per roll up which was FAB but salty! So, use half if you want less saltiness)

•4-5 figs - sliced - we put two slices of fig per roll up

•1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded would probably be easier than the mini balls I used 😂)

❣️what to do:

•pre heat oven to 375 & slice up your figs

•lay out your croissants and top with prosciutto, mozzarella & figs - then roll tightly and put into the oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown
