Taco Casserole

💕what you need:
•1-1.5 lbs ground beef
•1 small onion diced
•1 taco seasoning packet
•1/3 cup of water
•1/2 can (4 oz) of refried beans
•1 can corn, drained
•1 (15oz) jar salsa
•1 bag of late July ranch tortilla chips
•2 cups Mexican cheese - divided
😊what to do:
•preheat oven to 350 degrees
•diced onion and sautee for 3-5 until translucent
•add ground beef and brown, then drain the grease
•add taco seasoning, water, beans, salsa, corn and 1 cup of cheese, stir until well combined
•crush tortilla chips and pour into a nice layer in a 9x13 oven safe dish
•pour meat mixture over crushed chips
•top with 1 cup of Mexican cheese blend
•bake for 15-20 until cheese is melty
•serve with any left over crushed chips!
