Pink Protein Pasta

‼️what you need:

•protein of choice - I’m using Maple lil butcher shoppe sausage!

•Brami pasta - 16oz box

•1 jar Mariana sauce - 25 oz jar

•1/4 cup ricotta

•1/4 cup Greek yogurt

•1/4-1/2 cup pasta water - depends on how saucy you like it! I did 1/2

•salt to taste

•optional: handful of spinach

•parm to top

❣️what to do:

•cut up your sausage & put in oven at 400 for 15-20 minutes until crispy.

•make your pasta according to box instructions - add spinach 4 minutes before done (if adding spinach) - reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining

•In same pot - over low heat - add marinara, pasta water, ricotta & Greek yogurt - stir until well combined.

•then add your pasta back in and stir!

•serve with sausage on top and parm cheese!
