Pimento cheese

‼️what you need:

•3 cups of shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese

•1 cup of Parmesan cheese shredded

•3/4-1 cup of mayo (depends on how creamy you’d like it to be!)

•1/2 jar of roasted red bell peppers (drained & diced)

•1/4 cup of butter roasted pecan pieces

•3-4 stalks of green onion, sliced

•1.5 tsp of cholula hot sauce

•1/2 tsp of Cajun seasoning

•1/4 tsp of Worcestershire sauce

•1/4-1/2 tsp of black pepper

💕what to do:

•toast your pecans in butter until fragrant, set aside

•shred your cheeses and put in large mixing bowl

•to your mixing bowl add: mayo, sliced green onion, spices, Worcestershire, hot sauce, bell pepper pieces & the cooled pecans, stir until well combined.

•can be eaten immediately but for best flavors put in fridge until ready to serve!
