Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles

Time: 21 minutes !!!!

😍what you need:

•2 individual packs of halo ramen or 1 pack of ramen noodles

•1 tbsp of oil

•1 onion - sliced thinly sliced

•1-1.5 lbs ground beef

•2 tbsp of minced garlic

•2 tsp of minced ginger (I use the frozen cubes - game changer!)

•1/3 cup brown sugar

•1/3 cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos)

•1/3 cup beef bone broth - I’m ALWAYS using lonolife - the best

•salt & pepper

•green onion for garnish

‼️what to do:

•get your water boiling and cook your ramen noodles - once cooked drain water and put to the side

•slice up your onion & over medium high heat sauté until starting to brown & crisp (about 5 minutes)

•add ground beef to pan & brown (drain fat if need be!)

•add garlic, ginger, soy, brown sugar & beef both & stir

•then add cooked noodles in and stir!

•that’s it & top with green onions
