Crockpot Philly Cheesesteak
❣️what you need:
•1.5 lbs flank steak - thinly sliced & then cut in half! (Or to your preferred thickness)
•1 large onion - sliced
•2 bell peppers - you choice on color
•1 pack of mushrooms - sliced - can omit if you don’t like!
•2 tbsp of butter
•1 tbsp of Worcestershire
•1 tbsp of soy sauce
•1 tbsp of minced garlic
•1 tsp of: garlic powder & onion powder
•salt & pepper to taste!
•6 slices of provolone cheese
***your choice of bowl bottom - we did rice! But would be great on any type of potato & or bun. Salad would be yummy too!
💕what to do:
•combine all ingredients (excluding cheese!!) in crockpot & give a nice stir
•cook on low for 5-6 hours
•top with provolone cheese & place lid back on until cheese is nice and bubbly
•that’s it! Serve with your choice of bowl bottom!
