Pimento cheese turkey croissants
❣️what you need:
•1 can of honey butter pillsbury croissants (or croissant dough of choice!)
•at least 1/2 lb of shaved turkey - we used boars head honey turkey and it is THE best. If you don’t like shaved & want to do slices - at least one slice per roll up (maybe 1.5-2).
•1/2 cup pimento cheese - I made Liv’s pimento cheese (in the feed!!) I used around 3/4 - 1 tbsp per croissant - depends on how cheesy / thick you want your croissants!
❣️what to do:
•preheat your oven to 375 and pop open that can of croissants.
•on a baking sheet lay out your croissants & add your pimento cheese and spread across the whole croissant in a nice layer.
•then add about 2 tbsp (or two nice size pinches) of shaved turkey to each croissant.
•roll them up!! Mine were SO thick which made them more dinner time appropriate. I did add a dab of pimento cheese on top for extra cheese 🤪
•cook for 25 mins or until all the way golden brown.
•that’s it! Serve warm with grape salad and simple arugula salad ❣️
