Bacon cheddar ranch rotisserie chicken salad

‼️what you need:

•1/2 cup Greek yogurt

•2 tbsp of mayo

•1/2 lemon - juiced

•2 tbsp of ranch seasoning

•1 cup shredded cheddar

•1 rotisserie chicken - shredded (about 2-2.5 cups - I use only the white meat parts!)

•4 pieces of bacon

•1 tsp of brown sugar (divided into 1/4s)

•southern flavor seasoning

❣️what to do:

•if cooking bacon start this first! Lay your bacon flat on a baking sheet & season with southern flavor seasoning (measure with your heart!). Then put your brown sugar (1/4 tsp per slice) on top and rub it in. Place bacon in cold oven & turn to 400 F. Let cook for about 30 minutes or until nice & crispy.

•while bacon is cooking - make the rest of the chicken salad. Start with dressing - combine Greek yogurt, mayo, ranch seasoning & 1/2 lemon and whisk well. Place in fridge.

•next shred your cheese & place in fridge

•then shred your chicken

•put all together in big bowl where you made the dressing!

•once bacon is done & cooled crumble into chicken salad & stir well!
